Help: Getting Started

Sign Up for an Account

  1. Click Sign Up to get started using SafetyWeb. A page displays for you to enter a bit of information about your child. If you have multiple children, you’ll be able to add them later!
  2. Enter your child’s email, first name, and last name in the appropriate fields.
  3. Enter your email.
  4. Click Submit. A page displays where you can view a sample of your child’s accounts and enter information to become a member.
  5. Choose the plan that suits you: either $100/year or $10.00/mo.
  6. Enter a Promo Code if you have one.
  7. Enter a username (4 – 50 characters) and a password (6 – 100 characters). You will use this data to log into your account.
  8. Retype your password to confirm it.
  9. Enter your personal information.
  10. Verify that the information for your first child is correct. Remember, you can add more children later.
  11. Click the checkbox to certify that you are the parent of the child you listed.
  12. Read the Terms and Conditions, and click the checkbox to agree to them.
  13. Click Continue Sign Up.
  14. Choose a payment method, and fill in the appropriate fields.
  15. Confirm that your billing information is correct. If not, make the appropriate modifications.
  16. Click Continue. Your account is created and your Home page displays.

Add More Children

Your Home page shows a snapshot of the child you are monitoring. If you have more than one child, you can add your other children.

  1. Click the Add Child link at the left on your Home page.
  2. Enter your child’s name, birth date, and email address.
  3. Enter your child’s address.
  4. Choose the pricing plan you want.
  5. Click the checkbox to certify that you are the parent of the child you listed.
  6. Read the Terms and Conditions, and click the checkbox to agree to them.
  7. Click Continue.
  8. Choose a payment method, and fill in the appropriate field.s
  9. Confirm your billing information is correct.
  10. Click Continue. Your Home page displays and shows a snapshot of both children you entered.
